Early access · Beta program

Run a free event.
Help build something real.

NyxResonance is in active development and we need real events to test against. In exchange for honest feedback, we're giving early testers free operator access — no hardware to rent, no fleet to manage.

01
What you get

Two ways to test.
Both are free.

Pick the track that fits your situation. Standard testers run events on their existing WiFi. Hardware testers go deeper — and get direct technical support from us.

Standard tester

Run an event, tell us what happened.

You have a venue, a group, an idea for an event. We give you free operator access, you run it, and you tell us how it went.

  • Free operator access for the duration of the beta
  • Up to three simultaneous audio channels
  • Unlimited attendees on your event
  • Standard router: TP-Link Archer AX3000 (~$80 CAD) ↗
  • Network setup guide + community support
  • Your feedback directly shapes the product
Hardware tester

Test a router. Get hands-on support.

Willing to test the platform on a specific router or access point — especially something other than our recommended device? We want to hear from you.

  • Everything in the standard track
  • Direct technical support from the developer, where available
  • Help us build the verified hardware compatibility list
  • First to know when new hardware is officially supported
  • Your router data improves the platform for everyone

02
What we ask in return

Honest feedback.
Nothing else.

We don't need glowing reviews. We need to know what broke, what was confusing, and what would have made your event better.

1

Run at least one event

A real event with real attendees — a rehearsal, a class, a party, a meetup. Anything where people are actually listening.

2

Tell us what happened

A short email after the event — what worked, what didn't, what questions came up. No template, no form. Just the truth.

3

Hardware testers: document your setup

Router model, firmware version, AP config, and what you observed. We'll help you figure out what to look for.

"The only hardware we've personally tested is the TP-Link Archer AX3000. Every other router that gets validated by a tester expands what we can confidently recommend — and who we can serve."

03
Apply

Tell us about
your event.

No formal process. We read every application and reply within a few days. If it's a fit, we'll get you set up.

We'll reply to your email within a few days. For hardware testers, we'll follow up with setup guidance before your event. Support availability varies — we'll be upfront about what we can offer.

Application received.

We'll be in touch at the email you provided. If you signed up as a hardware tester, expect a follow-up with more detail on what to capture during your test.

04
Common questions

Before you apply.

Do I need special hardware?

No. If your venue has decent WiFi, that's enough to start. For events where the venue WiFi is unreliable, the standard setup is a TP-Link Archer AX3000 (~$80 CAD on Amazon). See the network setup guide.

What does "free operator access" mean?

You get a full operator account — create events, stream up to three audio channels, unlimited attendees — at no cost for the duration of the beta. No credit card required.

What counts as "technical support" for hardware testers?

Direct email or video call with the developer to work through your specific network config. Availability isn't guaranteed for every request, but we'll do our best — especially for unusual deployments we haven't seen before.

What if my event doesn't go well?

That's exactly the point. A failed test with a good writeup is more valuable than a perfect event with no feedback. Tell us what happened and we'll treat it as signal, not failure.

Is this Canada-only?

We're launching in Canada first so that's where most of our early testers will be, but we're not excluding anyone. If you're outside Canada and want to test, apply and we'll figure it out.

What happens after the beta?

Beta testers get early access to paid plans and we'll reach out before anything changes. You won't get cut off mid-event without notice.
